Small company created in 2011 and located in Sagone. The shop is only open from April to the end of October. The online shop (the same as the physical shop) takes over the rest of the year. Originally from Corsica, Jean-Claude and Pascale use this business to honour all the craftsmen who work every day to offer products of excellent quality. Agriculture and crafts are the island's wealth. In all the products they offer, the Corsican soul is present. The recipes, the cultures, the manufacturing have been perpetuated according to ancestral methods. The tools change (European standards are required), but the manner remains. Jean-Claude and Pascale's work is to promote and expose the hard work of these essential players in the island's economy, and to give priority to these products that can be found in small shops.
