From Wednesday 9 June, people aged 11 and over wishing to travel to Corsica must:

  • always provide a declaration on honour when boarding (the updated version is available on the website of the Corsican State services:

  • a certificate of vaccination against Covid-19 (full scheme as detailed in the box below)
  • or, for unvaccinated persons , the negative result of an RT-PCR test carried out less than 72 hours or antigenic test carried out less than 48 hours before boarding.

These documents (paper version or digital version via the TousAntiCovid application) must be presented to the transport company upon boarding.

Transport companies will deny boarding to passengers without the required documents.

Random checks will also be carried out by the police on arrival in Corsica.

However, the certificate of recovery from covid-19 contamination is not accepted.

As the regulations currently stand, these measures do not apply to journeys from Corsica to the mainland. For journeys from Corsica to other countries, it is necessary to refer to the regulations in force in the destination country.

The attention of travellers is drawn to the fact that due to the more flexible modalities - vaccination certificate or antigenic tests - the tolerance in force for travel between Corsica and the mainland of less than 24 hours will end as from Monday 14 June.

Sanctions

The fine is €135 for a first offence and can rise to €3750 for a second offence

What is a complete immunisation schedule?

I present a complete immunization schedule:

  • 14 days after the 2nd injection for double injection vaccines (Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca);
  • 14 days after injection for vaccines in people who have already contracted Covid (1 injection only).
  • 28 days after injection for vaccines with a single injection (Johnson & Johnson/Janssen).

How do I get my vaccination certificate back? ?

Since 27 May, all vaccinated persons, including those who were vaccinated before 3 May, can retrieve their vaccination certificate on the "patient portal" of the Assurance Maladie ( https://attestation-vaccin.ameli.fr  ). In addition, any health professional will be able to retrieve a certificate of vaccination and print it out if a person requests it.

Once you have your vaccination certificate, simply scan the QR code on the right to import it and store it locally on your phone using TousAntiCovid Carnet.

Can I provide a self-test result ?

No, only RT-PCR and antigenic tests less than 72 hours old are allowed.
