The Aitone forest, near the village of Evisa, is without doubt one of the most beautiful landscapes in the south of the island. Many tourists linger here to enjoy a cool moment under the Laricci pines during the summer. In the heart of this forest there are some torrents and natural pools with water not exceeding 11° even in summer!
Access: On foot from Evisa, along the chestnut tree path (40 minutes walk) or by car on the D84.
